Our Overseas Transportation Division, which accepts orders to transport cargo between Japan and other countries, and among foreign countries, is composed of the Product Tanker Team (orders up to 50,000 tons) and the Chemical and Product Tanker Team (orders up to 10,000 tons). We inaugurated our large and medium range product tanker operation in 1975 with the transportation of heavy oil by the Asahi Maru. Today, we have a combined large,medium and small range tanker numbering 20 vessels and, being among the very first to respond to the increasing diversification and internationalization of customer needs, are providing high-quality services in the field of overseas transportation. With our operational headquarters in Tokyo and overseas offices in Seoul, Taipei, Singapore, and London, our capabilities to book cargo and dispatch vessels are second to none. |
